Sit cross-legged or on a chair with your spine straight and feet flat on the floor. Stretch your arms straight out in front of you, parallel to the ground, with your palms facing each other and the fingers wide apart. Breathe long, deeply and powerfully through the nose for 1-3 minutes. Then inhale deeply and, while holding the breath, make fists of your hands, slowly bringing them to your chest under maximum tension. Slowly exhale when your fists touch your chest and relax. Take a few deep breaths and feel the energy you have created.

Cardamom has been one of the most popular spices for thousands of years throughout the entire Asian and Arabian area. Its subtle, sweetish-spicy aroma predestines cardamom for use in many different foods ranging from sharp curries to spicy Christmas biscuits.
Originally found in the Latin American rainforest, the cocoa tree is notably famous for its beans. The cocoa beans are separated from the pulp, fermented, dried and then processed into cocoa powder, among other things. Low-fat cocoa powder contains less than 20% cocoa butter in relation to the dry mass, lending it a sweet, aromatic taste with few calories.
