Creamy Avocado-Popsicles with YOGI TEA® Green Tea Matcha Lemon

Summer is here! And what better way to cool off than with delicious popsicles?

Our unique recipe uses our YOGI TEA® Green Tea Matcha Lemon blend, along with avocado and lemon for a delicious citrus and creamy taste. If you want to stay healthy and refreshed, this vegan Popsicle is a great one to try. Also an added bonus, this recipe is vegan friendly!

Ingredients for 8 popsicles

Preparation time: 20 minutes + cooling time: 8 hours

 

 

Ingredients

  • 3 Bags YOGI TEA® Green Tea Matcha Lemon
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 10 g coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp lemon zest

 

Also

  • 25 g dark chocolate, vegan
  • 2 tsp hemp seed, hulled

 

Preparation

 

  • Prepare YOGI TEA® Green Tea Matcha Lemon with 250ml boiling water and steep for 5 minutes, then allow to cool completely.
  • Blend with the remaining ingredients for the ice mass. Fill the mixture into popsicle shapes and freeze for at least 8 hours.
  • Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie, pour over the popsicles using a spoon and sprinkle with hemp seed.
