You need: mixer
1. Pour 200 ml of boiling water into a bowl and soak the dates and YOGI TEA Maca Chai® in it for 10 minutes.
2. Remove the teabags and place the dates in a blender with the tea, the remaining 550 ml of water, cocoa powder and the flesh of an avocado.
3. Blend the ingredients thoroughly for 1 to 2 minutes until the smoothie is nice and creamy.
4. Divide the smoothie between 4 glasses and enjoy at room temperature.
