Sit upright in a cross-legged position and stretch your arms out parallel to one another in front of you. Ball your right hand into a fist and envelop it with your left hand, both thumbs touching and pointing upwards. Direct your gaze at the tips of your thumbs. Now breathe in for 5 seconds, breathe out for 5 seconds, and then hold your breath for up to 15 seconds after exhaling. Continue this exercise for 3 to 5 minutes.
Chlorella algae have existed for over 2 million years and are therefore among the oldest plants on our planet. Chlorella grows in fresh water and its Latin name means ‘small, fresh green thing’. Today it is known to many people as a “superfood”, whose intense flavour is reminiscent of strong green tea.
