Together with this lovely season, we also feel more desire for fresh, light and colourful salad creations. We would like to give you two Ayurvedic recipes for two delicious, healthy and natural dressings – obviously with… YOGI TEA®.
Takes 5 –10 minutes | makes 155 ml
50 ml grapefruit juice (juice from 1 small grapefruit)
75 ml hot water
2 bags of YOGI TEA® Detox Dandelion
30 grams medjool dates (without the pit)
1 tablespoon flax seed oil
5 large fresh mint leaves
Steep the YOGI TEA® tea bags in hot water (100°C) for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags, let tea cool. Add grapefruit juice, dates, mint leaves to a blender and blend on low while slowly adding the flax seed oil. Store in the fridge in a closed glass flask.
Takes 2 minutes (+ tea steeping time) | makes 150 ml
150 ml hot water
2 bags of YOGI TEA® Green Energy
6 tablespoons of rice syrup
3 tablespoons of sunflower oil
1½ cm vanilla pod (scrapings)
Steep 2 bags of YOGI TEA® Green Energy for 1 hour in 150 ml of hot water (100°C). Add rice syrup and vanilla scraping. Mix on low with a hand mixer or blender and slowly add oil. Store in airtight glass jar and use when desired.
