Fruity-fresh, colourful and super delicious… Smoothies made of fruit and vegetables are the perfect thirst quencher for the start of the day or as a snack.

Smoothies can be prepared quickly and, above all, they are healthy. Fruit and vegetables are the basis for a healthy and balanced diet. According to the World Health Organisation, every adult should consume at least 5 portions of them within the scope of a “healthy diet.”
Would you like to have a creamy-fruity refreshment with very special touch of YOGI TEA®? Then enjoy our Green Smoothie with YOGI TEA® Green Tea Matcha with Lemon.

Ingredients:
200 ml almond or rice milk
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
2 bananas
Approx. 150 g baby spinach
1 cup YOGI TEA® Green Tea Matcha with Lemon

Preparation:
First brew a cup of YOGI TEA® and let it cool off. Cut all of the ingredients into coarse pieces in advance, if necessary, and put in the high-performance blender with a half cup of tea. For smoothies with leafy greens and/or green herbs, please mix for 2 minutes at the highest speed. For the desired consistency and taste, please add the rest of the tea and/or good water according to taste and mix for 10 seconds at medium speed (in a normal mixer only at the highest speed).
