Fruity raspberry sorbet with YOGI TEA® Women’s Balance

Summer is so close! Long sunny days and shorter nights. The temperature is raising and everyone seems happier.
We’ve created this tasty, healthy and refreshing Fruity Raspberry Sorbet with our YOGI TEA® Women’s Balance as a special ingredient for you!

Fruity raspberry sorbet with YOGI TEA® Women’s Balance

Preparation time: 30 Minutes in the ice-cream machine, 3.5 hours without ice-cream maker
Ingredients for c. 500 Grams

• 350 g raspberries, frozen
• 2 bags YOGI TEA® Women’s Balance
• 4 tbsp maple syrup
• ½ tsp Guar gum

YOGI TEA® Women’s Balance with 150 ml boiling water and allow to steep for 5 minutes, then remove teabag. Blend the tea with the remaining ingredients, to a fine consistency. Pour into an ice-cream maker and allow to freeze for around 20 minutes, depending on the machine.

Preparation without an ice-cream maker
Fill the fruit puree into a flat shape and allow to freeze for around 3 hours in the freezer drawer, while stirring thoroughly with a fork at least once an hour.
