Energy Balls with YOGI TEA® Green Energy

Energy balls are the perfect snack during the day and before or after an intense workout.

Our recipe idea is: vegan Energy Balls with YOGI TEA® Green Energy as a very special ingredient. They are ready in a few minutes and don’t need to be cooked.

You just need a few ingredients and a mixer.

Energy Balls  with YOGI TEA® Green Energy

Green Energy Balls Bag Yogi Tea

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients for 16 pieces

  • 120 g dried dates
  • 1 bag YOGI TEA® Green Energy
  • 50 g almonds
  • 75 g walnuts
  • 2 tsp almond butter
  • 4 tsp dark cocoa powder


  • 2 tsp match powder, optional

Prepare YOGI TEA® Green Energy with 75 ml boiling water and allow to steep for 5 minutes, then remove the teabag.

Soften the dates for 10 minutes in the tea, then blend with the remaining ingredients to a fine mixture in a using a high-power kitchen blender. Shape into balls and roll in match powder if desired.

💡 Tip: the Energy Balls will keep in the fridge up to 7 days, properly sealed.
