Takes 15 minutes | makes 4 portions (as starters)
200 grams of tomato,
300 grams of red bell pepper,
60 grams of coconut milk,
1 bag of YOGI TEA® Heartwarming (contents),
Sea salt to taste
Place tomato and pepper in a pan with ample amount of water, yet not covering the vegetables. Cook with the lid on for 8 minutes. Add contents of the tea bag and cook for another 2 minutes. Turn the heat o, add coconut milk. Use hand mixer or blender to make into a smooth creamy soup. Add sea salt to taste. Serve.
