Ginger Lemon Smoothie

Our Ginger Lemon tea is one of the most beloved YOGI TEAs. We would like to share with you a very simple smoothie idea: so you can enjoy your favorite YOGI TEA in a new, fresh and healthy way.

Ingredients:

  • ½ banana
  • 100 g natural or soy yogurt
  • 60ml milk or soy drink
  • ¾ lemon (juice)
  • 1 tsp. honey / agave syrup
  • 1 cup YOGI TEA® Ginger Lemon

Preparation:

First brew a cup of YOGI TEA® Ginger Lemon and let it cool off. Cut the banana and put in the high-performance blender with a half cup of tea and all the other ingredients. Mix for 2 minutes at medium speed. For the desired consistency and taste, please add the rest of the tea and mix for 10 seconds at the medium speed. (In a normal mixer only at the highest speed.)
