First brew a cup of YOGI TEA® Ginger Lemon and let it cool off. Cut the banana and put in the high-performance blender with a half cup of tea and all the other ingredients. Mix for 2 minutes at medium speed. For the desired consistency and taste, please add the rest of the tea and mix for 10 seconds at the medium speed. (In a normal mixer only at the highest speed.)
