New ayurvedic recipe!

Today, we are preparing a green soup made from zucchini, peas and YOGI TEA® Breathe Deep – a pick-me-up for cold days that soothes your throat.

Takes 10 minutes | makes 4 large portions

900 grams zucchini,
200 grams green peas,
1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil,
3–4 bags of YOGI TEA® Breathe Deep (content),
sea salt to taste

Preparation:
Cook zucchini and green peas, covered by water in a lidded pan until soft, approximately 10 minutes.
Add the contents of the YOGI TEA® Breathe Deep bags one minute before time.
Let cook for a minute or so, then turn o the heat.
Add coconut oil and blend using a handmixer or blender.
Add seasalt to taste.
