Today we create a smoothie with YOGI TEA® Detox.
¼ honey melon (approx. 125 g)
75 g (soy) yogurt
1 tsp. lime juice
Juice of ¼ orange
1 cup YOGI TEA® Detox
Brew one cup of YOGI TEA Detox and let cool. Cut the cucumber and melon into coarse pieces and put in the blender together with the rest of ingredients and one half cup of the tea. Blend everything for 2 minutes at medium speed. Depending on the taste and consistency that you like, add the rest of the tea and/or water and blend for 10 seconds at the medium speed.
