The best way to defy the heat is with a fresh thirst-quencher that is not too sweet. The YOGI TEA® on Ice Recipes are the key to a new, creative enjoyment of your favourite Ayurvedic tea. Today's mix supplements the delicate YOGI TEA® Women's Balance with a fruit-fresh touch of lemon ice cream... Ideal for hot summer days!

Ingredients

 

  • 250ml YOGI TEA® Women's Balance
  • 1-2 scoops of lemon ice cream
  • Fresh mint

 

 

Preparation

 

  • Brew one cup of YOGI TEA® Women's Balance by pouring 250 ml of boiling water directly on the tea bag and let it steep for 7 minutes.
  • Allow the tea to cool at room temperature and then put in the refrigerator until it is properly cold.
  • Add lemon ice cream and some mint leaves.
  • Mix and serve with ice cubes.
