Try this cooling healing drink on a hot and sultry day. Ginger is a natural anti-inflammatory, and
the raspberries and watermelon will help flush the kidneys.
• 1 inch slice of ginger root
• 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries • 1 cup watermelon, diced • 1/2 cup of ice
Wash and dry the ginger root, then peel it. Juice the raspberries, watermelon and ginger. Pour the juice over ice and drink cold. Fresh juices are best consumed within 2 to 3 hours of preparation and should be refrigerated. Makes 1 delicious serving!
