Each of our ingredients is periodically reviewed for taste and quality, including laboratory testing for insecticides, pesticides and heavy metals to insure authenticity and purity. In the manufacturing process, ingredients are carefully handled in our facility in Eugene, Oregon, which is organically certified by the FDA and the US Department of Agriculture. To preserve natural antioxidants, freshness and the herbal tea benefits of the ingredients, our teas bags are packed into a heat-sealed envelope. Yogi Tea has implemented an internal system for tracking each tea bag back to the very farm that generated each ingredient. This allows us to ensure that our products are made to our own exacting standards of healthy environments and healthy processes.
