Since 1991 we have developed partnerships with companies such as Yogi Botanicals to create the organic sources we need.
We work with farmers in Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Africa, Europe and other countries.
Currently 63 organic herbs and spices have been sourced.
Each of our ingredients is periodically reviewed for taste and quality, including laboratory testing for insecticides, pesticides and heavy metals to insure authenticity and purity.
In the manufacturing process, ingredients are carefully handled in our facility in Eugene, Oregon, which is organically certified by the FDA and the US Department of Agriculture.
Tea bags are packed into heat-sealed envelopes and then put into boxes that are wrapped with cellophane to preserve freshness and efficacy.
Teas are certified organic by a third party certifier, Quality Assurance International (QAI).
